Position Description

Cardiac Cath Lab Registered Nurse

Full-Time | Monday – Friday, Rotating Weekends & Call (Day Shift)

Salary: $33.00 – $52.80/hour (commensurate with experience)

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000

Relocation Assistance: Up to $2,500

Position Summary:

The Cardiac Cath Lab Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating a plan of patient care utilizing ANA Standards and the Nursing Process. The RN acts as a patient advocate while providing support, education, and direct care. This role requires technical competence in nursing procedures and the ability to utilize specialized equipment skillfully. Nurses also play an important role in educating patients and families on significant self-care issues. Responsibilities may include inventory, distribution, and delivery of medications.

Requirements:

  • Current, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in your state of residence
  • American Heart Association BLS certification
  • Critical Care experience preferred

Work Schedule:

  • May include day, evening, or night shifts per departmental policy
  • Scheduled off at least three holidays per year
  • Weekend work required as needed
  • Occasional overtime expected
  • On-call required
