Orientation/training schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Shift/Post orientation: Predominantly Day Shift, Monday–Friday (with flexibility for Mid Shifts and Open-Heart Call)

Who We're Looking For:

An enthusiastic, team-oriented RN who is passionate about cardiac care and eager to grow in a fast-paced surgical environment.

Requirements:

• RN licensure in Delaware (or compact state)

• BLS certification

• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience

• BSN preferred (or commitment to obtain within 3 years of hire)

Hourly Pay Range: $41.28 - $66.05

This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
