Position Description

Are you ready to join an outstanding organization as a Registered Nurse in our High Risk Labor and Delivery Unit? Full time Night Shift is available 7 P to 7 A ( 72 hours/ per pay) with a sign on bonus of $10,000.00 for a one-year dedication! And lucrative shift differentials! Our High-Risk Labor and Delivery Unit is located in our Women's & Children's Center at our Newark, DE campus. As an RN at ChristianaCare, you will practice with a standard of nursing excellence by providing optimal outcomes for safe delivery of care for our High-Risk Labor and Delivery patients & families.

As a tertiary teaching organization supporting over 6,000 births annually, we aim to serve our community as partners in their care with excellence and love. All those joining the team in Women's & Children's can look forward to training and supporting care in other service line departments based on clinical competency and patient need. The Women's & Children's Service Line is comprised of an OB Emergency Department, Labor & Delivery, OB Peri-op, OB High Risk, Antepartum, NICU and Pediatric Emergency and Inpatient Unit.

Qualifications:

DE &/or compact state licensure as a registered nurse

  • BSN is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in women's & children's services & /or acute care
  • BLS required.

$10,000.00 sign on bonus available for FT commitment of one year!
